The first sound we remember

Do you know
why we like
the sound of
the ocean?

It is because it
reminds us of
the sounds of
the womb.

It takes us
to a time & place
before we even
existed in the
world.

It reminds us
of the mother
that we once
had & the
one that we
always will.
