Just Because

I love you because I love you.

“You are the most beautiful,
sexiest,
smartest
woman in the world.

But that’s not why I love you.
I love you
because I love you.”

She wasn’t going to disagree
even if those weren’t the reasons.

She thought
she should forgive him
at least every once in a while.

She did so with a simple smile.
