I am an Earthling

One sphere, no borders

I am an earthling.
I do not believe in countries.
I do not believe in borders.
All men of this earth are my brothers and my sisters.
As earthlings, we are all different.
We share different beliefs, cultures, habits,
and dreams.
These differences add texture and depth
to our landscape as the mountains
and valleys do to the earth.
We must traverse our great terrain.
From the mountains, we must observe
the beauty of the valleys.
From the valleys, the majesty of the mountains.
In all of our land and all of our diversity, there lies great beauty.
May each of us
gain the power to see
beyond countries, beyond borders,
to see our earth as one sphere,
without lines,
interconnected and united.
